Refund policy

At Aura of Haya, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
  • Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective).

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Worn or washed items
  • Damaged items due to misuse
  • Customized or altered products
  • Undergarments (if applicable for hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at auraofhayaa@gmail.com with your order number.
  2. Provide clear images (if item is defective or incorrect).
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Original payment method
    • Or bank transfer (if Cash on Delivery was used)

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective
  • Damaged
  • Incorrect item sent

For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your payment provider
  • If still unresolved, reach out to us at auraofhayaa@gmail.com

7. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos for verification
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
