At Aura of Haya, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items purchased on sale or clearance are not eligible for return or refund (unless defective).
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Worn or washed items
- Damaged items due to misuse
- Customized or altered products
- Undergarments (if applicable for hygiene reasons)
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at auraofhayaa@gmail.com with your order number.
- Provide clear images (if item is defective or incorrect).
- Once approved, ship the item back to the provided address.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Policy
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will be notified.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via:
- Original payment method
- Or bank transfer (if Cash on Delivery was used)
5. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect item sent
For exchanges, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your payment provider
- If still unresolved, reach out to us at auraofhayaa@gmail.com
7. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos for verification
- We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
